  Dr. Cassim has become one of my favorite doc's. He is patient and listens earnestly to every question I ask him. He is personable, friendly and makes me feel as though he has time to hear my concerns. I am very pleased with my treatment. My only negative comment has to do with getting in contact with the office. I would like to have a person answer instead of an answering system in which I have to choose options to reach who I am trying to speak to. On that note once I do get the person I am trying to reach they are very helpful and friendly.

  I am living a miracle. Having just moved from Northern Cal, to Palm Desert, Ca, For 4+ years I had endured agonizing pain from a botched knee surgery. The surgeon in Northern Cal, had installed the wrong size prothesis and my journey for the next 4 years involved several more surgery procedures which ended up in my having to have the wrong size prothsesis removed and a new one put in. The nerve damage was huge as was the pain. I many times considered suicide having to depend on Morphine and Oxycontin to get through a day. Then a Miracle, I met Dr. Cassim who told me" I believe I can help you". He performed a procedure called Genicular Nerve Block & RF Neurotomy of Knee Joint. My Miracle is today 9/13/16 I am PAIN FREE. This doctor is the most caring individual I have ever encountered in the medical profession. He cares, he gives you a hug when you are upset, he listens and spends as much time with you as you need. I thank God for this wonderful Doctor and will be eternally grateful for having my life back. Thank you Dr. Cassim from the bottom of my heart.
