- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had a sleep study done weeks ago. Had to call the office several times to get the results and was told I would be referred to another physician. Two weeks have passed without a call. When I try to find out why this office hasn't followed up, the receptionist, who speaks so unintelligibly that she is impossible to understand, complains that she can't hear me. I speak loudly and she complains that I'm yelling and hangs up on me! Frustrating, to say the least.
