- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This was my primary physician when I was with Kaiser in the San Diego area. I liked him very much and was happy with him...until the day I was getting ready for my appointment and got a call from the Kaiser facility in Rancho San Diego telling me that he had resigned without notice that morning. I was shunted off to another doctor who did NOT meet my needs. I would never recommend someone who does this to anyone.June 26, 2017by Luke Owens
